MadeToTravel is a petite personal-use grade pump, which is just as powerful as TailorMade Pro. Its Dual Stimulation Phase is designed for mums with precious little time, as it helps stimulate a faster letdown.
No, MadeToTravel do not have Individual Breast Customisation Programme. MadeToTravel has the Synchronised Breast Programme where the same settings will be applied to both breasts at the same time.
You do not need to purchase them separately – a full set is included with the breast pump.
A set of valves are included in any T-Joint you purchase. Replacement valves are available for separate repurchase. It is recommended to replace valves every 3 months.
Yes, there is a local 1-year warranty.
You can sterilise milk bottles, teats, pacifiers, pump parts, cutleries, water bottles, cups,etc. For the LoveClean Pro, electronics cannot be sterilised. Latex and materials with less than a 60°C melting point should not be UV Sterilised.
Both of them are la-proven to kill 99.9% of harmful germs, viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoa. Compact is space-saving, and can be easily moved from room to room. It takes up to 10 bottles and has a sterile storage function of up to 24 hours. You can sterilise electronic items. Pro can take up to 16 bottles, has smart functions with an alert of when it is time to change your UV lamp. It has a large viewing window for you to see if your bottles are completely dry, and a Maximum Sterilisation Programme.

The Mate has 5 functions (steamer, blender, reheating, defrosting, sterilising) while the Pro has 7 (additional milk warmer, porridge/rice/pasta cooker). That aside, what our customers tell us is they love the Mate for its fuss-free selections – it only has one button manual blend or steam. Those who use the Pro favour it for the convenience of a built-in timer, timing selections and multiple blend selections.
Add some water into the water tank, add your milk bottle into it, select the Milk Warmer function, and it will automatically warm your milk in 2 minutes.
Fill the water in the water tank till the max line. Add your Rice or Pasta into the 3-in-1 cooker, and place it into the blender cup with the cover screwed on. Select the Steam Function to cook. If it is not soft enough, you may wish to do another round of steaming.
No, you can’t. After Steaming, you can tip the steamed food into the blender cup for blending.
LoveCook Pro: There is Timer Function to set the duration of each programme. You may adjust the timings with the (+) or (-) signs. LoveCook Mate: There is no Timer Function and you would need a separate timer/clock. The User Manual provides estimated cooking timings.
You may wish to descale your water wank if you see limescales on the base of the water tank. You can do so by adding the LoveAmme Descaling powder into the water tank, close the water tank cover and steam it for 5 mins.
There is no need to remove the blades if you had used only the steam function. If you had used the blend function, it is highly recommended to remove the blades for washing, as there may be some food trapped in between the blades.
To turn it on, pls press the Power button for 3 seconds. Check connection to power source.
This is a safety feature – the Cover may not be screwed on properly, or it is not properly placed in the Locked Position.
There may be insufficient water. Please check if the Insufficient sign (LoveCook Pro) or Knob sign (LoveCook Mate) is blinking, and the water level in the water tank. If this is the issue, adding water will enable you to continue with the programme.

The battery is pre-charged to 70% for your immediate use. There is no need to fully charge prior to first use.
TailorMade Pro – 4.5 hrs
MadeToTravel – 1.5 hrs
When charged using a powerbank or laptop, time taken for a full charge will be significantly longer.

Yes, you can use the pump while charging the breast pump.
To maintain suction efficiency, please do change the silicone valves every 3 months or when damaged.
Our pumps have a Li-ION battery. It is recommended to put your breast pump in your carry-on baggage. Please consult with your destination country and airline before travelling.
To do hands-free pumping, you can consider using a hands-free pumping bra. This will enable you to free both hands to attend to other things.
That will depends on the UV steriliser being used. Please do check with your UV Steriliser’s manufacturer or distributor for more accurate instructions.
It is not necessary to wash the tubing unless it comes in contact with your breastmilk, or if dirt, condensation or residue is present. Do not use the pump with wet tubing. If the tubing becomes wet, make sure it is completely dry before pumping so that it does not damage the breast pump motor.
It is recommended to thoroughly wash all pump parts with a baby bottle cleanser and warm water, and rinse in warm water after every pump session. Placing the pump parts in the fridge without washing makes it more susceptible to bacteria commonly found in the fridge, and may cause contamination.
Pumping from both breasts simultaneously is more effective at stimulating prolactin levels and increasing milk production. It is also more time-efficient when compared to single pumping.
Troubleshooting
This feature is only available on TailorMade Pro. To select Individual Breast Customisation programme, press both Left and Right 
buttons together at the same time.

Our breast pumps have a Memory Function that remembers your last settings used. The Memory Function does not apply when for the Individual Breast Customised Programme.
Your battery may require recharging.
You may wish to check if the tubings are bent, and if all parts have been correctly assembled. Check parts for wear and tear.
To save power, the pump switches off after 30 minutes of inactivity, or after one minute of inactivity after the breast pump is just switched on.
This could be due to a wrong breast shield sizing. You may wish to re-measure your nipples with the nipple ruler to check.
The vacuum strength may be too high – try lowering the vacuum strength.
